The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

Right on Argassi Beach, Alisaxni Studios are located in Argasio in the Zakynthos Region. The property offers BBQ facilities and views of the sea. The highlight was Denis, our host – kind, helpful, and always there with a smile to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel features a private beach – small and quiet, with easy access to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. We loved the peaceful mornings and the sound of the waves throughout the day. Even though Argasi is a lively town, Alisaxni Art Studio keeps a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for those who want to unwind but still have everything nearby. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Zakynthos, with excellent service and a thoughtful host.

Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea. Absolutely perfect, right on the sea, amazing view, great decor cosy modern with attention to detail, the bed was very comfortable. Private beach with little shower and sun-beds was great too, central location, couldn’t wish for a better place to stay in Zakinthos!!

The apartment was perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed. It’s ideal for a couple and located in one of the best areas of Keri. All the appliances worked well, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to store our clothes and belongings. The staff were kind, helpful, and kept everything spotless during our stay. It truly felt like coming home at the end of each day.

Wonderful accommodation, unique decoration, a fantastic bar serving cocktails and playing beautiful tunes. Also the owners are awesome; Marios and Giorgos did everything they could to make me feel like home!

Central location great bar great hosts couldn’t be looked after any better by the staff and family. Really friendly would highly rate.
