You order breakfast and it's made for you, when I had to leave early (before breakfast hours), they made breakfast for me earlier. Staff is so nice, other guests at the hotel are also amazing and very friendly. Also very quiet, perfect to rest! Very close to all attractions in Xela (5 min on foot to city center, 15 to cemetary). Would definitely recommend to others and book at the same place again :)

Diana is a gift at this hotel - she is knowledgeable and engaging, and so happy to help. She is engaged, and her enthusiasm is natural - this young woman really should work for herself when she gets the chance! (Management take note for her next raise evaluation!) The hotel is fairly priced, very clean, has sufficient storage on the room and the bathroom has a shelf to put one’s things. The shower took a while to get warm, which is standard here - but once warm, it stayed warm - and the water pressure is excellent. The courtyard is beautiful at night, with white lights illuminating the area - quite romantic. The common bathrooms were kept very clean and the staff were all very gracious, accommodating and hard working. It isn’t five star - but it has a lot going for it! I slept comfortably and love that my window opened. It is very close to the plaza, so a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, cafes, banks, etc. Diana also gave us good recommendations for food. A job well done!
