It was a clean, well-equipped & well-designed apartment with modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, nice terrace & comfortable bed). The kitchen was big enough to prepare all kinds of meals (all essential cooking tools on-board). There was a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom, which is a huge plus if you're planning a longer stay. Air conditioning above the bed worked like a charm. - There's a beautiful roof terrace with two jacuzzis & sunbeds available for guests whenever they wish to use it. But most importantly, the general vibe of the place and its surroundings are fantastic & hard to describe with any words. We were looking for a place to stay that would allow us to relax a bit further away from the biggest crowds (but still in a lively town), and serve as a good starting point to explore the picturesque island of Hvar. And for that we can definitely recommend Guest House Marinna!

Boasting a balcony with garden views, a fitness centre and a garden, Apartments Jakic 1 can be found in Hvar, close to Franciscan Monastery Beach and 600 metres from Harbour of Hvar. With city views, this accommodation features a patio. The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very comfortable room, lots of facilities and very clean. The location was good and we had a great time.

Fortica Fortress is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation, while Hula Hula Beach Bar is a 12-minute walk from the property. This was my favorite bright and sunny apartment. It was super special to have coffee on balcony with a sea and local church tower view. I also loved having the espresso maker and not just a kettle.

Every unit includes a seating area and a flat-screen satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with a fridge, stovetop, kettle and a coffee machine. A dining area is also provided. Private bathrooms comprise a walk in shower. Free toiletries, a bathrobe and a hairdryer are provided. Loved the location, the history, the facilities and the support from Christina. The views to the fortress were amazing.

At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing. It looked exactly like the photos. The sheets and bed were super comfortable. The parking lot is nearby (a 6-minute walk). You’ll need to go up a few stairs to the apartment, but the view from the apartment is absolutely worth it. Speaking of the view… WOW! It’s magical just sitting there, enjoying the moment. Even though the apartment is across from a small port, the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The soundproof windows help, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. In fact, I slept like a rock the entire stay! We truly felt at home. Marija is an incredible host. The check-in, check-out, and parking all went smoothly thanks to her clear instructions and assistance. She’s easy to communicate with, friendly, responsive, helpful, and above all, kind. On our last day, my husband had to go to the ER due to food poisoning. It was a long night, and finding another place to stay for his recovery would’ve been difficult. Even though she had another guest arriving, Marija kindly arranged for us to stay one extra night so he could rest before our long journey home. There are things in life we simply can’t thank enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Marija! You and your lovely home will not be forgotten. We’ll definitely miss Jelsa and hope to return soon for another wonderful, relaxing vacation. P.S. Don’t hesitate to purchase the dried lavender and lavender oil available at the apartment. They’re among the best I’ve ever bought. Perfect for a relaxing bath and a beautiful reminder of this magical place.

Fios exceed all expectations, photos don’t do it justice. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The pool is fantastic and the view point / BBQ area blew my mind! I truly enjoyed every minute staying at Fio’s and Sime went above and beyond to make my time in Hvar as memorable as possible. Perfect location, close to the main town and beach’s just a short walk away. I will most definitely be back. I can not recommend this place enough.
