The property itself is spotless and feels brand new, with a sleek, modern design that’s both stylish and comfortable. We also really appreciated the secure parking garage, especially since parking can be tricky in Rovinj. Aside from the great location, modern amenities, and quiet atmosphere, the real highlight was the host. He was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with local tips and recommendations. He made us coffee several times a day and even offered complimentary drinks, which he often enjoyed with the guests, creating a very friendly and social atmosphere. There’s a lot of attention to detail here—from the comfortable beds and high-quality furnishings to the relaxed, homey vibe throughout the villa. It was our first time in Rovinj, and staying at Vila Grace made it a perfect experience. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we visit!

Even got login to Netflix, not that we had the time to watch. Breakfast was varied and sufficient fir a small place Coffee was tops!!
