The view from the room was exactly as in the photo and it was just a few meters from the front door to stairs down to the sea for a morning swim. The room had everything needed for a short and enjoyable stay.

Apresentando um terraço e um bar, Pansion Lipa situa-se em Blato, a 35 km de Korčula Bus Station e 35 km de ACI Marina Korčula. The place has been recently fully renovated. It is in excellent condition, both the bathroom and the room, which is of good size. The room has a refrigerator and a cattle - much appreciated. The staff are super friendly. The location is central in Blato, just a short drive from Vela Luka. The parking is along the street (sometimes busy as it is free) and just across the street (payable between 7 am and 8 pm, always available and not expensive - 1.2 EUR per hour or 12 EUR a day). A grocery shop is next door to the hotel. This accommodation is really good value for money. We were very happy. If you are looking for a hotel with a sea view, this is obviously not the place, but if you are exploring Korčula and you need a nice place to stay, at a super reasonable price at the peak of the season, this is it.

Tereza is a great host. She greeted us in front of the building upon our arrival and explained about the room and town. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (water kettle, teas, coffee, small fridge, towels, good plumbing, nice shower). She even had beach towels for us to use and there were also toiletries which were nice touches. The room also had AC and the windows were thick enough to block out any outside noise. Korcula is so beautiful. I would come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Em Korčula, a alguns passos de Kanavelić Tower, Zuviteo Residence apresenta vistas da cidade. The decor and the proximity to everything with a parking spot. Sasha was great and so helpful! The breakfast was outstanding! We have stayed at many places in our time and this breakfast was one of the best!

Very good place, as modern and clean as it looks like in the pictures! Our studio apartman was lovely decorated, and with the light yellow and blue colors made us happy feeling even in winter. We had to heat with the aircon, that is also modern so it had very quiet voice during operation. All furnitures were comfortable, also the bed! Full sets of plates, glasses and wine glasses all were in good condition. Warm welcoming, helpful and really caring owner lady, she brought us sweets and cakes many times. We highly recommend it, a very good choice also in winter season!
