Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the surrounding countryside. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. It’s a bit deep in the forest, hard to get there without car but it wasn’t a problem for us. It was rather nice because of the nature surroundings. Quiet, fresh air, good place to rest. Staff were super nice to us, they were always checking our comfort.

The host was extremely nice and helpful- have a meal in their restaurant-10% off!

All rooms in the Breza guest house feature satellite TV, a private bathroom and parquet flooring. Some rooms feature a balcony. Guests can park their car on the private parking lot. Everything was brilliant. Daniela is a wonderful host and her mother a superb cook.

Good advice from hosts. The bus stop is 6 mins walk away. Note, bring shampoo and tea with you. There's a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea.

The location couldn't have been better, only 15 minutes from Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 1. The owner was very welcoming, she received us with a local drink that was super tasty. The area was beautiful and the property very well maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
