Located 300 metres from the Adriatic Sea and situated in Novalja, Rooms Ropuš features free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Nice location, close to the city center. The villa is stylish, there are a lot of places to relax, eat and work. Accommodations are clean, they are cleaning the room every 3 days. The renovation was done with high quality (but not very new), even in hot weather the rooms are not hot. Private parking, enhanced security. Someone is always present at the reception to help. When you are coming, they will fully instruct you about beaches, restaurants, and recreation. The care of this family is amazing. They constantly ask if we need anything, offer tea/coffee, wine, beer, other drinks (and it's included in the bill). Thanks to their tips, we managed to buy quality souvenirs and overall had a great time on the island. In other regions of Croatia you cannot expect such service for such a price. In total it's 10/10, We had a very nice vacation thanks to this family.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a private garden with sun loungers, House Novalia is located just 350 metres from the nearest pebbly beach. Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and very clean. The swimming pool area was lively and the breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I have never left a review before, but this time the guys definitely deserve it. The property is newly and beautifully renovated, modern simplicity... hospitality and carefulness of the owners, everything "screams" for a perfect 10/10.

Very nice apartment, exceded our expetations, confortable beds, all spotless clean, quiet and no noise in the apartment.

Tọa lạc ở Novalja, Otok Pag, Guesthouse - Hotel California có ban công nhìn ra biển. The property was ideal for the two of us. It also had two spare fold out beds for guests. The aircon was fantastic. The decor was lovely and easy to keep clean. No hassle from the owners/neighbours about our music or late night returns. We went for Hideout and plan to stay next year. We are now very frond of Croatia. The owner let us stay a few extra days as we did not want to leave, extremely grateful of that.
