We went early to the park, and due to the tips that she gave us, we were able to see the big waterfall (and other parts) with almost no one around. It made the trip to the park must more enjoyable. We didn't get blocked in queues and knew exactly where to go without spoilers. Also, the location is perfect, very close to entrance number 3. We're able to park the car, rest, visit the park, dining, take a drink, everything without any concern, just enjoying the moment and rest the mind.

The location is great. It is right near the national park. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding! Great quality and comfort foods. We could also pack a small lunch for the park.

The Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1 is within 13 km of the guest house. The guest house features family rooms. We were greeted by the owner and she welcomed us to her beautiful farmhouse with some of her homemade treats, walked us through the building, gave us recommendations, and was overall super friendly. The price was amazing, the location is right near the Pljesevica lakes, and she even walked us through buying tickets. The view from the room with a private balcony shows you the mountains and farm, ample parking, clear signage, easy to find. Extremely clean, shower is well equipped with the hand wand and overhead rain. She even included shampoo packets. Fridge, coffee, tea, and water are all available in the hall. Easy checkout. The mattress and pillows were some of the best we had in the country. It's easy to see she's very proud of her establishment, and she should be 😃

The second night we ate at the Plitwice Lodge opposite which was tremendous fun!
