Plitvice Falls Cottage is a superb boutique hotel in an excellent location near the Plitvice Falls UNESCO World Heritage National Park. The room was very quiet, spacious, clean with an extremely comfortable bed.  The host was very welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful.We highly recommend staying at Plitvice Falls Cottage.

The hosting is the best throughout my whole trip in Croatia. The breakfast was great, the view was great, the water pressure in the toilet was also great.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. The room was very spacious. We had a 65" TV which was amazing for such a cozy place. It was spotless clean and the stuff very attentive and polite. The breakfast was one of the most interesting ones we've ever had. Also the hotel is placed on the best side of the lakes. You park your car in the private parking of the hotel and walk for 15-20' to the entrance B of the park.

The apartment was fantastic. The design was awesome, the stuff was helpful. They even prepared some crepes for us as a dessert! The apartment has everything you may need. It's spacious and clean. The location is about 14 km away from the lakes.

Everything was great, a comfortable bed, hot shower, everything is new and good quality. Good advice from hosts. The bus stop is 6 mins walk away. Note, bring shampoo and tea with you. There's a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea.

We liked the location, close to Plitvice lakes but also located in peaceful and quiet nature. Restaurants and big supermarket are also very close. We were pleasantly surprised to have a fridge, because we did not see that listed among the facilities available so that was a nice bonus.
