The views are classic Bali: vibrant rice terraces, working farmers, and the soft rhythm of nature all around. The staff was absolutely wonderful—so kind and welcoming.

The place is very clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos. The owner is helpful and accommodating. The walls are thick and soundproof—I didn’t hear any noise from other guests, so I had a really good sleep. Daily cleaning was provided, which made the stay feel more like a hotel. Best homestay I’ve stayed at in Bali.

Lovely staff (thanks Dewa and the others!), very helpful, great services The place is as per the pictures, clean, well maintained and calm. I disagree with some previous comments mentioning it's difficult to find. The location on Google map is correct and crystal clear. Just trust it. Some comments are referring to "aggressive" stray dogs on the street to reach the place. These are not related to Hanaka and, anyway, they are just making noise when you pass buy but are not aggressive. Nothing to worry about, just keep walking. There is an Indomaret almost next door as well as another small shop if you need quick supply

Naeera Guest House was very clean and had a wonderful, warm-hearted host. If I come back to Ubud, I will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, just lovely beautiful people. I liked that all the facilities are still new. Customer service wise brillent. The complementary breakfast was great. Aircon worked brilliantly. Location is just outside of central Ubud which I loved. There's a few restaurants within walking distance, plus money changer and small supermarket. Easy access to all parts of Ubud. Also, if you know how to drive a two wheeler, they will arrange it.

Tulus was very helpful and you can rent a bike on the spot which was very convenient. I got a mild flu and it was a good place to stay and recover.

The breakfast each morning was splendid. Will be coming and staying again next time. The walk that people mention isn’t actually that far and is great because it keeps all the busy motorbike traffic away from the room, keeping it calm and peaceful. The grounds are gorgeous and feel’s like a sanctuary from the busy town.
