The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, just lovely beautiful people. I liked that all the facilities are still new. Customer service wise brillent. The complementary breakfast was great. Aircon worked brilliantly. Location is just outside of central Ubud which I loved. There's a few restaurants within walking distance, plus money changer and small supermarket. Easy access to all parts of Ubud. Also, if you know how to drive a two wheeler, they will arrange it.

The construction next door runs from 9 AM to 4 PM. I didn’t find it too disruptive. The hotel is about a 10 minute bike ride from the center, but if you prefer to stay in, you have everything you need. A quality supermarket, Petito, is just down the street, and Pondok Panji has a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Desy also arranged for a driver to take me on tours. The price for all of this was very good. Desy also arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport and take me back to the airport.
