I stayed at Tatasya Homestay in Senaru and they were incredible from start to finish. They helped me plan and execute my Mount Rinjani trek and made everything smooth and stress-free. They held my bags while I hiked, arranged a car ride to Kuta after my trek, and even welcomed me back with fresh coconuts. After the hike, they let me shower and rest in a room before heading out, which was such a blessing after three days in the mountains. The hospitality here is top-notch, super warm, helpful, and kind people. That alone makes this place worth staying at. One small downside was that they didn’t mention the hot springs wouldn’t be hot because the lake was too high during rainy season. Also, I did the 3-day/2-night trek, and while it was beautiful, it was pretty brutal. On the second day, you summit at sunrise, hike down to the lake, then up the other side of the crater, it’s a really tough push. I’m not sure the extra day is worth it unless you’re super set on seeing the lake. If you're looking for value and a challenging but more manageable hike, the 2-day/1-night trek might be the better choice. Overall though, I 100% recommend Tatasya Homestay if you're heading to Rinjani. They took such good care of me, and I’m grateful for everything they did.

The staff are so so nice, make you feel like family and will help you with anything you need. Definitely good to share a drink with, amazing people and we did the Rinjani trek with them, which was such an amazing experience. Considering coming back to lombok to stay here again!

The homestay is set in a beautiful location with views over the rice terraces. The team was incredibly welcoming, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The tours Andi took us on provided so much local knowledge and passion about the region and were tailored for what we wanted to see. Can't speak highly enough about our experience as a family and recommend the guest house to anyone.
