It was so beautiful and comfortable, like a glamourous home away from home! Loved all the little touches like the bottle of bubbly on arrival. Location was superb! Right on the edge of town, it was so convenient!

The breakfast was delicious, the accommodations were outstanding. The view was gorgeous and the Hostess and staff were super friends and welcoming! Felt like family, the best part of the experience. It felt like we were home! The building and furnishings were so beautiful, we loved the artwork and historical Maps on the walls, they were very informative. The location was fantastic, super relaxing and a very short walk to a wonderful Pub. We visited the Bád Eddie shipwreck which was super close and very cool! Gorgeous Beach and surrounding area. Great location. The only thing we would do differently next time is to stay longer!

Our stay at Puffin Lodge was absolutely exceptional. The hosts were so kind, the rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the location was outstanding. Puffin Lodge is situated steps from a private beach and around the corner from Fintra Beach and not too far from Donegal Town or attractions such as Slieve League. The optional continental-style breakfast was lovely as well! Highly reccomend Puffin Lodge, you will not regret it!

The views are incredible. Bridget and Adrian are so warm and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do. We brought our dog and he was treated like one of the family (they brought him a little treat bowl for breakfast). Speaking of the breakfast was lovely.

Lovely quiet location, room was outstanding with large comfortable bed. Lovely modern bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. We had an external door which was nice with a lovely view. Host was so lovely and helpful, who made a dinner reservation for us as the food options locally were limited.

Big clean room with a superb bed, bathroom ensuite. The room and bathroom are well equipped and bigger than most hotel rooms. Wonderful bed. Outside you can relax with an overview over the bay/sea. The breakfast was perfect. Starting with a fresh fruit combination , following for us with a nice full Irish. Wonderful made breakfast the way you asked for. The hostess is a very kind lady with high attention for here guests . If you want she advices you for trips/routes/ excursions..j She really loves what she is doing and is good in focusing on details to make your stay wonderfull and a very nice experience. Private parking, We parked our bikes behind the house for extra security.
