Aillwee Cave is 24 km from the guest house. Shannon Airport is 66 km from the property. Staff were so friendly and happy to chat. The breakfast was yummy and generous. There was great thought and detail put into the decoration of the place to make it bright, inviting and quite posh looking. The room was large for the three of us (adults). There is a local pub down the road about 200 metres away and had a friendly atmosphere and a live Irish Band. Seriously, this place is worth visiting.

Gorgeous place thats full of charm. staff are friendly and happy to suggest activities and places for dinner. bed was MASSIVE and incredibly comfortable. plenty of tea and coffee options available in room which was lovely

The bedrooms are individually decorated and all have en suite bathrooms / wet rooms, walk in showers with toiletries and bathrobes. Rooms also offer satellite TV, WiFi and seating area. Killarney Lodge is just 3 km from Lough Leane and boasts several wonderful golf courses on its doorstep. The Lodge also offers an extensive breakfast menu. The location was perfect. It was very close to the centre, but it was secluded and peaceful. The lodge had a home feel to it. Breakfast was exceptional, and they had fresh flowers everywhere.
