Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

This is one of the best places that we have stayed on our India trip. The location is ideal, the facilities were great and our room was pristine clean! We were served a delicious breakfaast each day at the nearby restaurant Soul Curry at the host's expense. We also returned to that restaurant is for more meals as the food was so good. Te host was generous, we has lots of nice conversations with him and he certanly helped us find our way around this city.
