Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

The location was close to old town. I couldn't have chosen a better room or a better location. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave me a dining recommendation that was perfect for what I was looking for.

The house is well located, close to the city but quiet (you can hear the birds). The room was clean and tidy. There were complimentary tea, coffee, water bottles and biscuit packets :) Alim is a great host, helpful, friendly and have great recommendations. Don’t hesitate in booking this place. I recommend 100%!!

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. If you want to stay in an old traditional house right in the middle of the Latin Quarters of Fontainhas, that’s the place! The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The property is right in the middle of the historic part of the Paniji. Very clean and well maintained. Mr. Roy, the owner, explained where to go, what to do and where to eat. We had a really lovely stay!
