Lovely place in quiet Thodadda area, right next to the beach (the only thing you hear: the sound of the waves🌊🙃) The host is super nice & helpful, food is delicious and rooms are clean & tidy. The beaches, actually two of them: Thodadda and Kizhunna beach, feel untouched and natural🙃 Great stay, I d love to come back to this little paradise 🌞

He also offers backwaters tours which we did not have time to do, but they seemed good and easy to book.

Great location just away from the main action in Varkala. Very peaceful. The main reasons to stay here are the staff and the food, both of which are exceptional. We were looked after when we changed our booking and then due to flight delays arrived at 1am. Devan provided excellent service and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hom Raj also looked after us for meals and drinks. We didn’t eat much from then European menu but the Keralan dishes (fish in banana leaf, malabari fish and prawn masala) were excellent. My partner cooks a lot of various regional Indian food and didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The rooms are basic in their facilities but very good value. Would happily stay again.

The location was perfect for access to the attractions yet had its privacy of quiet atmosphere. The host Mini knows quite well about the place and she has amazing recommendations for restaurants, things to do etc. Although it was a short stay, they made it perfect! Would definitely recommend at least a couple nights to a week stay for a much relaxed vacation
