Every little problem I brought with me, they solved with such kindness and ease. From helping me get tailored clothes made, to fixing the screen on my phone, to preparing the most delicious meals, to even arranging a local traveler to accompany me to the ghats — they thought of everything. Mohit’s wife cooks the most amazing food, with a huge variety of delicious home-style Indian dishes. I probably ate 70% of my meals here, and every bite was a treat! As a solo woman traveler, I felt completely safe and cared for. When I ran into trouble with a bad Uber driver, they stepped in right away and sorted it out without hesitation. Whatever was on my to-do list, they somehow made it happen. Their home is full of warmth, laughter, and the sweetest little girls you’ll instantly fall in love with. Mohit’s mother also carries such wisdom and clarity in her words that, even when she spoke in Hindi, I found myself understanding. They’re wonderfully creative too — they hand painted uplifting murals to brighten the walls, from a cute panda to a serene Buddha, and they’ve even made cozy seats out of recycled tyre wheels. In the evenings, the open terrace is the perfect place to sit, while doves that have been nesting there for over five years coo gently in the background. The family also runs a small shop, so snacks and drinks are always within easy reach. Compared to the bustle of the city, this place is peaceful and quiet, yet still just a short walk from the Buddhist temples in Sarnath. The rooms are comfortable, with options to suit everyone — from dorms to single rooms and larger family spaces. Truly, this is the BEST place I have ever stayed. This recently renovated guest house is located 1.6 km from Hawa Mahal - Palace of Winds and 4.7 km from Jaipur Railway Station. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I stayed 3 nights in this wonderful haveli in the heart of old Jaipur. The location is simply perfect for tourists as it is a few minutes away from the top attractions. There is also a lively market next to it, for any need. The haveli was completely restored and it is elegant and comfortable. The hosts welcomed me with open arms and attended to my every need with incredible warmth. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The home stay serves delicious and healthy home-like Indian food. The hosts took the time to chat with me and helped me and other guests participate into the life of the town, by bringing us to the temple and celebrating a festival with us. It was special to experience Indian family life and culture like this. The most special side of this place is the host family, the deep care and love they put in everything: taking care of the place, which is also their home, and of their guests. If you are visiting Jaipur this is definitely the place to stay!

The owners were very caring; they made sure my every need was met with love. The staff were kind and happy, suggesting that they were looked after well. The place was clean, close to everything you need, a quiet oasis, it had a beautiful organic garden, and great mountain views. What more could one ask for?
