The house is very nice as well, it has a lovely garden and the room we stayed in had a small balcony with chairs (perfect for a relaxing afternoon). Johnson made us feel right at home, and helped us arrange our backwaters tour. We did the village canoe tour and it was a really amazing and unique experience. The Homestay was a very family friendly environment, with lots of chances to socialise. Would highly recommend Johnson’s Homestay as a place to stay while you are visiting Alleppey!
