The place is super charming, spotless, and right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore all the cool spots. Our rooms were cozy and well-decorated, and we loved hanging out in the communal kitchen to cook and chat. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready with great local tips. Overall, Freyja Guesthouse was the perfect home base for our Iceland adventure, and we can’t recommend it enough!

All furniture and bed are of high quality, we had a best sleep for the trip here. The lady stayed up late to welcome us after a midnight arrival which made you feel welcome immediately. We learnt a lot about the country and its cities naming root and stuff. Followed her recommendation and love all of them.

The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Room was really cute, there were enough bathrooms, everything was great! It's also very central and close to bars and restaurants without bringing the main street with the shops.

Casual vibe, large comfortable room, added bonus of kitchen and dining room, clear helpful guidelines. Fantastic location for tour pickups and near Braud bakery.
