We loved the breakfast the food was so delicious and the view of the breakfast area. The rooms were so cozy, warm and had tons of space and located in a great area to watch the Northern Lights and take pictures. Plenty of parking space for the rooms.

Localizado a 2,6 km dos Banhos Naturais de Myvatn, o Birkilauf in Myvatn disponibiliza várias comodidades, incluindo vistas para o lago e para a montanha. 11/10! host joanna was really excellent, she made sure that we were settled in and showed great hospitality! she had great recommendations on where to go, and also topped up the breakfast goodies for us when it was running low. the guesthouse also was really amazing - just 4 rooms and a huge living area and a very well stocked kitchen. all the kitchenware and appliances were high quality and super easy to use, and we really cooked up a feast every night because it really had everything you need! (including soy sauce for us Asians!) of the 3 nights we stayed here, we had a whole day of snow and so we just stayed in and watched tv (we really needed the downtime), and saw aurora right from the balcony one of those nights. the rooms a bit small but overall still comfortable and nice, and considering we largely hung out at the common area this really wasn't any issue. birkilauf was HANDS DOWN our #1 accoms in iceland and i will be recommending all my friends to stay here!

Everything is so wonderful, have nice kitchen, clean room, spacious living room. Attic is cute, fits up to 4 people even more and more. Nothing can complain. Would like to come back one day.❤️

Quietly located 5 km from Iceland's Ring Road and 13 km from Lake Mývatn, this family-run guest house offers views over Sandfell Mountain. The view is fantastic, especially while using the hot tubs and looking over the fields. It’s so convenient that there’s a restaurant, good dinner and breakfast!

Vogahraun 4 localiza-se em Myvatn, a 5,8 km de Banhos Naturais de Myvatn, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. O alojamento fica num campsite. São vários edifícios à volta de um pequeno parque de de estacionamento de campervans. Em cada edifício há conjuntos de quartos. O nosso quarto com wc privativo era ok 8/10. Pequeno mas funcional e confortável. Com mini frigorífico e chaleira. Wc pequena mas de bom tamanho. Com ar condicionado. Self check in por isso não tivemos o prazer de conhecer os donos. Boa localização, muito perto da zona geotérmica de Myvatn. Recomendo!
