A traditional Icelandic breakfast is served every day at Vogafjos Café, located in a cowshed 3 minutes’ walk from the guesthouse. Dinner based on local produce, such as smoked lamb and trout, is also served here. Perfect spot to see the northern lights! We saw them during our stay. The place is clean, well located, food at the restaurant was so good too. This is the best place that we stayed at in our Iceland trip.

Above a Netto so easy to stock up on snacks etc

The guest house has family rooms. Beautiful house with very well equiped kitchen. Big bonus - hot tubs outside plus beach in front, where we took a cold dip to the sea. What is more, there are extra towels and even swimming suits in a bathroom which you can use for hot tubs, in case forgot your own.

Located in Litli-Árskógssandur, within 35 km of Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall, Waterfront Fjord House is an accommodation offering sea views. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The guest house has private entrance. Wonderful space with all the amenities. Really close to the Beer Spa which is a must do! Right in the water for beautiful views - even got to see the Northern Lights!!

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, just what we were looking for in a relaxing getaway. The host was kind, welcoming, and always available.

Guests can make use of the terrace or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. The lodging was both large and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen which was nicely stocked was a plus. The living room with large windows had a beautiful view. The entire place was nicely decorated and very welcoming. It was perfect for four adults.
