The family-run Guesthouse 1x6 is in the old part of Keflavík, a 7-minute drive from Keflavik International Airport and a 20-minute drive from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. Andi and Yuki are truly the epitome of exceptional, welcoming hosts. When reading the reviews prior to booking it all seemed too good to be true. The minute Andi picked us up from the airport, however, we understood exactly what everyone meant. We only got to stay one night at 1x6, but in that night we got to connect with people all over the world, and made some new friends from Oregon. The added homemade breakfast as great, and they were ready to help with anything we needed. For our next trip to Iceland, we’ll for sure be back!

The family-run Blue Viking Studios is next to Keflavík Harbour and 3 km from Keflavík International Airport. Free WiFi and parking. The Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is within 20 minutes’ drive. For the early flight, the location is very convenient. Also, the room equipment is very new. The room provides a simple kitchen with a microwave that can heat some foods.

Set 5 km from Blue Lagoon, Guesthouse Grund provides accommodation and free WiFi in Grindavík. Some units also have a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave. Everything was clean and comfortable to stay. We will recommend this place to everyone. Very closed by Blue Lagoon, volcano for hiking.
