The bed and pillows were comfortable - truly important on a long trip. Room and shower were warm enough. It was in a perfect location - close to many restaurants. The pantry was well-equipped with free-flow cereal! The full-height windows were great for us to admire the scenery when it started snowing.

Free private parking is also available on site. it's a good location in hofn and was closeby Mart Netto. The host was so kind and helpful. Although it's guest house, all room had a shower room in the each room. it looks like hotel. i took pic with host. i will definately visit next year. The simple breakfast was so good for the guests.

Glacier World - Hoffell Guesthouse is located in Hoffell. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access, and view of mountains. The Route 1 Ring Road is just 3 km away. Staff is super. Location and view on the valley and glacier, everything is new and furniture basic, but all you need! We had extra time for breakfast and they cooked extra waffle for the kids. The wifi was a bit weak in the breakfast room, but not an issue at all. There is a really nice mini-exhibition with rocks and minerals in the sitting room, with some history about the place with focus on local nature. Just 15/20 mins from Hofn, with plenty of restaurants available.
