Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).
