The guest house features family rooms. Our landlord frederica and her family gave us a very warm welcome. The location of the apartment is about 5 minutes walk, so super close, to the old town. They gave us valuable tips for the old town tours, must-sees and restaurants right at check-in. The apartment is in a really quiet location with a great breakfast in the morning. When we wanted to leave Matera in the morning our car was unfortunately towed away. Our mistake. With the help of Fredrica we were able to locate the car. We were offered breakfast tickets, therefore we could have some breakfast before catching the bus early in the morning, which was quite nice. Would definitely recommend.

The location is so good that you actually get the best views of Matera right at your doorsteps. The parking option with transfer service, which was recommended by the hotel, was very convenient too.
