Great location in the heart of Naples, on the main street close to sea and to the historic centre. Our room was bright and sunny, clean, with all necessary equipment. We had a very good, authentic breakfasts, with coffee, tea and also hot chocholate (if you wish), local pastry, fresh juice, fruit. Francesco and his colleagues are nice, friendly and helpful people. If you wish, you can order (for extra fee 60 Eur/2 persons) for private spa. This is nice experience (we recommend to those, who don´t visit sauna regularly). I will book for this place again, when I come to Naples.

Everything ,nice clean ,good space ,nice jaccozi in the room ,near metro station and sea port where you can take ferry to Capri and other islands . massage equipment in the room was plus point. Professional cleaning staff . Location nearby shopping street via Toledo A good Breakfast was taken place in the nearby hotel with 15 eur for 2 persons unbeatable deal . Highly recommend? I would be back again

The owner was very helpful and kind. He let us have late check in without any extra charge. Location is simply the best, 2 metro stations are nearby, bus stops nearby and port is 10 min walk, main street 2 min walk. Cafe shop with nice coffee and pastry is just right under the building. Supermarket with a huge range of products is 2 min walk away. Room is renovated, new and very bright, clean and had a great vibe. We had an amazing stay and would recommend 100% to everyone.

Secure place with many carabinieri on the street. Afternoon a violinist was playing on the square next the house so we could enjoy on the balcony too. Basically the night was not loud. The room and bathroom looks new. Everything was super. It was our first time in Napoli. If we come back one day we stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening and got served a meal with toast, juice, water and snacks. Fantastic! Everything was beyond the expected!

Set in Naples, within 2.2 km of Mappatella Beach and 1.6 km of Maschio Angioino, Monteoliveto 33 offers accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. We liked everything. A must stay location when in Naples. The location is perfect. We never used a public transport except train to go to pompeii and funivia to go on top of the hill to reach fort st elmo. Everything is easily reachable by walk and that is one very good thing because by walking around you get more from the atmosphere of the place and people around. Sergio was an extraordinary host together with his beautiful daughter. They were so very helpful that make you feel at home. He got in contact with us days before our arrival, to make sure that we have everything organised and gave us some tips on how to arrive at the location smoothly. Check in was very easy and fast. They gave us so much helpful advises on connections, places to visit, restaurants and some tips known by locals. I cannot praise them enough. You will end up having a new good friend from Napoli. Very genuine people. Room has all the facilities you need, big room with high ceilings and modern furnishings with en suite bathroom, a/c, fridge, tv, tea/coffee making facilities with variety of tea etc.. In the common area they also have an espresso coffee machine, where all the guests can use to their liking, every day taking care of and filled as necessary. Room was found all day clean. I can assure you that you won t regret staying in this place. I don t have any self interest in writing this review but it is genuinely written from the heart. I travelled in a lot of cities around italy and afar and i can definitely say that i never met such a wonderful host anywhere else. Keep it up Sergio.

B&b right in the very center of Napoli, within a building complex so its very safe, easy to reach, easy to find, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Mario is very prompt with communication, answering requests and gives a whole lot of clear and concise info. Place is spotlessly clean and i had a very comfy room with everything i needed. Would stay here again.

The location was excellent on Toledo street and you have everything…restaurants, shopping just perfect. And the apartment was extremely clean coming from a OCD person. 10/10. Will definitely recommend.
