Set in the centre of Bolzano, Villa Jasmine is located 10 minutes' walk from Bolzano's main train station. Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, the property also offers a quiet inner courtyard. Everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally located for the city centre and the train station. The owners were communicative and very welcoming. The free beer was a nice added touch.

Everything was perfect. The location is perfectly in-between the river and town centre. The accommodation itself is classy and very welcoming with the free snacks/drinks, quality furnishings and style. The management are very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is fully self check-in, no staff, which was new to me. You enter the house using your phone like a card. which makes me wonder what someone with an older phone, or someone who doesn't have that function would do. Anyway everything worked perfectly (despite my initial hesitation), the room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest, but given the location its understandable

The whole experience here was great. Looking at the reviews, I had mixed feelings in choosing this location, but it was something that I wanted to try and it did not disappoint. The room was practically brand new and looked amazing. We had dinner after checking in, and the whole experience was great as we had the restaurant only for us. The food was super tasty here, whilst having dinner or having breakfast. If you come, you must try their cheese platter (dinner / lunch), as it will not disappoint. The breakfast is also super tasty and rich in flavors (especially the home made cheese and yogurt). The staff was nice and helpful and made the whole experience complete.

Clean room with a cozy bed and generously sized toilet. Water heated up quickly which was amazing in the cold. Thoughtful design and facilities including a fridge and USB-C charging ports beside each bed. Silvia was quick to help us and responded immediately when we contacted her. Parking was provided close by with ample space. Location was ideal, not far from the airport in Venice but an hour away to beautiful mountains and lakes in the Dolomites. Also a huge Lidl within the town and many delicious restaurant options.

This family-owned and operated hotel was the best choice for our ski trip to the Dolomites! We booked an apartment and could not be happier with the kitchen, space, and beautiful views. The hotel offers free parking, has a sauna, and offers a good breakfast. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, the butcher shop and sports bar (great pizza!) are across the street, and there’s also a nice little market. This is such a great spot for couples and families. It’s close enough where you can drive anywhere but also far enough to where it’s peaceful. I will 10000% stay here again when I ski the Dolomites.
