Situated just 26 km from Catania Piazza Duomo, Etna Exclusive provides accommodation in Ragalna with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

It is a 2 minute walk to the Main Street which many shops, bars and restaurants and stunning views. Nando the host is amazing. He said he would treat us as his son and daughter all week and did not disappoint! He gave us a checklist of the best locations in Taormina, many of which were not on the usual tourist websites. He also helped us plan our day trip to Etna in a cost effective way, and knew all the best spots to stop off at and visit on the way back, even ringing up the cable car company to advise on the best day to visit with the forecast weather. He booked reservations for us as at fantastic restaurants and was so helpful.  An amazing stay in Taormina and we hope to visit again soon!!

The place is clean, very good situated between the bus station (5 minutes walk) and the city center (5 to 10 minutes walk). Host informed us promptly about what we needed to know and was very responsive. 2 large bathrooms with nice lighting. Comfortable beds.

All units feature a private bathroom, bathrobes and bed linen. The owner, Santa was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with anything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and tidy. The villa itself was amazing, new with all high quality equipment. Location was good also in a peaceful, quiet village where time passes slower. If I were to go again in Sicily, Santa would be the number one pic for staying.

Beautiful apartament, extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Light Garden, the villa is placed near all the facilities you need: supermarkets, restaurants, shopping area. Our host was kind and gave us very useful information. The apartment offers all the facilities you need for a cozy stay: clean towels, full kitchen staff, iron, cleaning equipment.The villa has a nice garden where you can relax (we didn’t stay out very much because of cold weather in the morning, but it’a a real benefit for Light Garden’s guests). We felt safe and comfortable in this accommodation.❤️
