Situated just 26 km from Catania Piazza Duomo, Etna Exclusive provides accommodation in Ragalna with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

Antonio was an amazing host who helped us figure out travel and excursions, cleanliness was never an issue and we left our request for cleaning one evening while out for dinner and Antonio contacted us to see if we needed anything immediately, as we were outside the normal cleaning time. Very nice balcony and the room was comfortable, modern, and quiet.
