We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

The host Nando was super warm and helpful. He gave us very useful information for our trip to Mount Etna. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very close to city center.

Staff met us outside and helped carry our luggage down to the apartment sixty steps down. Communication with staff was great. We parked in the Lumbio parking lot and there is a free shuttle to the center bus stop. From there it was a short walk to the apartment. Apartment was very clean.

The shower is clean, water is also strong enough to get a good shower. The host is amazing! He always stands by and replied to us on the message really fast!

Amazing host, great communicator! Can’t fault it. In main street close to everything. Spacious balcony and comfy bed. Steep and narrow stair case to get into the unit.

Santa gave us a warm welcome, and the service was outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The location is excellent for car owners. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay at Light Garden, the villa is placed near all the facilities you need: supermarkets, restaurants, shopping area. Our host was kind and gave us very useful information. The apartment offers all the facilities you need for a cozy stay: clean towels, full kitchen staff, iron, cleaning equipment.The villa has a nice garden where you can relax (we didn’t stay out very much because of cold weather in the morning, but it’a a real benefit for Light Garden’s guests). We felt safe and comfortable in this accommodation.❤️
