The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making the place look and feel homely and comfortable. There's a cute little pool with sun beds and olive trees, which gave us a nice vacation feel. Everything in the property was neat and clean and it was family friendly. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fruits, bread, ham, baked pastries and great coffee. The lake is less than 15 minutes walk downhill from the property. There is one small restaurant with great food, a few meters away from the property. The town Portese is small, calm and beautiful with fewer tourists and it has a small harbor with ferry connections to Garda, Salo and Sirmione.

The room was spotless, everything was new and very well cared for. The location is perfect, peaceful but close to the center and the lake. Alessio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended!
