Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Great location near to the train station and to the city center. Modern and clean room and for sure value for money. The owner was more than helpful and gave clear information about the check in and the parking area that made it very easy for us. We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
