Daniele, the host, was extremely helpful and kind. He provided me with a lot of useful information about Bergamo, recommending places to visit, sights to see, and where to enjoy a good meal. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergamo!

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, luminous, and beautifully decorated. On top of that, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and the commodities available very useful (coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge). The high definition TV had plenty of channel options and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The location is great - quiet and central if you want to explore the historic centre of Milan by foot, and just a few minutes away from the nearest metro stop which connects you to Milan's main train station in no time. There is no onsite reception, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and the communication through WhatsApp went smoothly at all times.
