Rafael and his mother were welcoming and very friendly. I wished we had planned to stay longer. We will certainly recommend this B&B to our friends and family who travel (and anyone else who asks us about this B&B or at least where to stay in Otranto, Italy.

Emilio, the manager of the reception, was in touch with us by whatsapp a day before we came, welcoming us and guided us about the parking. It helped us a lot because the hotel is in ztl zone. We found it very thinkfull. When we arrived a nice young smily woman , Mary, welcome us explaining everything about the hotel with patiance. Than we meat Emilio who was very frindly and made our stay very pleasant. More than that, after we left Lecce in our way home , Emilio sent us a whatsapp to make sure that everything is okay with us.. Not obvious... The hotel is in an old building, but the inside is marvoulsly modern.. Just look at the picture! This is your bath! And everything is so beautifull... and it is close to the old city of Lecce within walking distance from all what there is to see in the old city. Breakfast was good, not the usual one. Everything...a very tasteful room in a classy property, very close to the old centre of Lecce, which is a wonderful city to visit. The host was very helpful - he also allowed us to share his trip to Gallipoli which we were keen to visit thus avoiding public transport. We hope to return to Lecce one day and Chicas rooms will be our pick.

The room was beautiful. The hospitality of Gianmarco was fantastic and he was very helpful with indications on where to go eat, see, etc. the bed was fantastic and the balcony was very charming. Location was superb.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly helpful — every evening they assisted us with restaurant reservations, and each morning they suggested the best beaches and places to visit based on the weather. The room was spotless, breakfast was rich and delicious, and the pool was cleaned every morning with a robot. The location is perfect — close to all the beautiful beaches, only 10–15 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
