Outdoor pool almost ready for water to be added. Parking is free and onsite. Easy access to grocery stores too. The Villa has a full kitchen with a big fridge that guests can use as well as a small one in the room.

A recently renovated property, City Love Rooms is situated in Siracusa near Syracuse Small Beach, Archaeological Park of Neapolis and Porto Piccolo. It is located 1.3 km from Tempio di Apollo and features a lift. Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km from the guest house and Castello Maniace is 2.4 km away. My husband and I stayed two nights at CITY LOVE ROOMS and left wishing we'd booked for longer. From the specious and comfortable room to the hospitality from our host Angelo, it's a fantastic base to explore Syracuse. Even though we couldn’t meet Angelo face to face, she was always available to help our needs. I loved our room! It was specious and had all the amenities we’d wanted. The laundry rack was a big plus!! I felt they put lots of thoughts and efforts in the place as everything we need was there.( amenities, complimentary treats etc..) Absolutely loved CITY LOVE ROOMS and it’s the best B&B I’ve stayed!!!

It is set less than 1 km from Syracuse Small Beach and offers a lift. The guest house has private entrance. Very cool rooms, modern and well equipped. We had a big terrace. The owners were very helpful. We found parking there almost every time (careful some spots are restricted on different days of the week). Good supermarket close by. We had a nice stay.
