The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

A recently renovated property, City Love Rooms is situated in Siracusa near Syracuse Small Beach, Archaeological Park of Neapolis and Porto Piccolo. It is located 1.3 km from Tempio di Apollo and features a lift. Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km from the guest house and Castello Maniace is 2.4 km away. My husband and I stayed two nights at CITY LOVE ROOMS and left wishing we'd booked for longer. From the specious and comfortable room to the hospitality from our host Angelo, it's a fantastic base to explore Syracuse. Even though we couldn’t meet Angelo face to face, she was always available to help our needs. I loved our room! It was specious and had all the amenities we’d wanted. The laundry rack was a big plus!! I felt they put lots of thoughts and efforts in the place as everything we need was there.( amenities, complimentary treats etc..) Absolutely loved CITY LOVE ROOMS and it’s the best B&B I’ve stayed!!!

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Loved everything about this. From the location, to the check in, to the contact with the host and the room and view are stunning. The sound that would come from outside wasnt an issue at all. The room is also beautifully decorated, the ceilings are very high which makes it so much better. Its a 10/10 stay

The breakfast is very good, with all you wish in the morning and completed with home made cheesecake. Location is in the center of Ortigia and the owner was very nice, even picked us up from the train station.
