We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful garden with an amazing pool area. The wellness area inside was very nice too, with hot saunas and a pool with cool water. The villa is well kept and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The room had smart TV with ps5 and Netflix. In the evenings the Netflix account was used by too many people, to it's good to bring your own credentials to be able to watch. The breakfast served at a cafe was good and felt very Italian (sweet bread and coffee).

Good location-not too far from the island by walk and in a local area which is quiet but also vibrant, with a supermarket nearby Nice room-very spacious and very very clean room with a lovely shared kitchen, we felt like at home right away Easy to park the car for free in front of the house, and house has an elevator so was even better Highly highly recommend!!

The decor is so special, you can see a lot of attention has gone into making it so lovely. The view is just magnificent looking out to the sea over the port, and the location was also just right.

We booked 4 of the rooms and all of them were amazing! It was very clean and there were compliments in the rooms - coffee, tea, water! It was a big surprise that the rooms have been cleaned each day as you are in a hotel! There are free parking places in front of the building and in may we didn't have problems finding 2 spots for 2 cars 3 days in a row! The building is in a nice area with coffees, bakeries, Restaurants, supermarkets - everything you need and only 10-15 minutes walking from the old town of Siracusa Ortigas. We were provided with all needed information for the area from the owners - very nice of them! The price is very good and we are very happy! :)

Maria and Andrea , was so kind to give us complete instruction where to park our vehicle, meet us on the parking lot, and took us to the B&B , also shows some interesting places on the way , and give lots of advice, where to go better . Very clean place , good breakfast . Totally recommend for the every one .

She is so welcoming, offering everything for the most perfect stay. Sleep was amazing, along with the buffet breakfast! A must stay when visiting Syracuse! Best recommendations for nearby restaurants. Aircon was great too.
