The studios are located in a quiet area north of Bolzano, about 15 minutes walk from the center. The place is beautiful, comfortable, everything is new and perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail. Although the reason for my stay was very complicated (I was accompanying my husband in the hospital after a very serious accident), staying in this studio has made me feel better. Paolo, the landlord, was always concerned that I was well, he solved all my doubts and helped me when I needed it. As I had to go to and from the hospital several times a day, Paolo offered me to rent a bike to move around the city. It was the best decision, the bike is brand new, it works great and Bolzano is a perfect city to get around by bike. I can only recommend this place, I will remember it fondly despite the harsh circumstances and I hope to return one day to enjoy it as it deserves.

Yet everything is spotless and in perfect working order, giving you an authentic South Tyrol experience. It's clear that the owner truly cares about this place, and even more so about the guests. I was given a thorough introduction to the area, including must-see spots and practical tips like transportation, which really enhanced my trip. From my balcony, I had an amazing view across to Seiser Alm. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider coming back when I plan my next trip to the Dolomites.

I was stayed at 26th - 29th August, Silvia was a Excellent Host. Great guide to Santa Cristina at communicating & helping me get to the accommodation. Thank to Silvia guide the tour she shared her favorite hikes and places to see with comfortable. The room was clean & lovely equipped. A short walk to the bus stop to Ortisei and Bolzano & to supermarket. A enjoyed lunch on the terrace out the back, lovely little spot under the umbrellas and a nice place to relax. Breakfast was a real Good. It had everything and fresh. More! It was so lovely with lots of selection & a great way to start a day of hiking. Near by the small river not so bad noise were there - So Nice if you like white noise I guess. Double bed, Blanket and Pillow were Cozy to help your journey. I'll Stay if I gonna visit again.. Morever In Winter, Skiing!!
