Set in the centre of Bolzano, Villa Jasmine is located 10 minutes' walk from Bolzano's main train station. Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, the property also offers a quiet inner courtyard. Fantastic location. Close to everything but still very calm and pleasant area. We got very good help with check in even though we were to late.

This was a fantastic choice. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. Every detail is carefully considered — from convenient appliances to even an orthopedic pillow. I would call it a smart home, but with a user-friendly and intuitive setup. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful host, Andrea, who explained everything clearly. Before check-in, we were also able to leave our luggage, which was very convenient. Guests have access to a shared kitchen stocked with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks — there were probably around 10 types of tea alone! There were also many snacks available. Everything was impeccably clean, neatly arranged, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Helpful native-language instructions were available for all the appliances, making everything easy to use. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. Despite the central location, the apartment itself was quiet and perfect for a restful stay.

The hotel is fully self check-in, no staff, which was new to me. You enter the house using your phone like a card. which makes me wonder what someone with an older phone, or someone who doesn't have that function would do. Anyway everything worked perfectly (despite my initial hesitation), the room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest, but given the location its understandable

The staff was super kind in welcoming, the room had everything, super cozy. It was warm, the breakfast was good, cleaning was good, the location is super close to Ortisei and there is a bus stop nearby. No noise in the room. And Giovanni was super nice with booking the sauna and giving our advice on what to do with the map.

Enjoyed the whole stay and definitely will book again next time I'll be in Bolzano.

The guesthouse is tastefully decorated with beautiful balcony view and has all necessary equipments, including washing machines, for a small charge. The host Kathrin was very friendly and helpful, replying to my messages promptly, including recommending local trails and restaurants.

The guesthouse is in a great location, within easy walking distance to everything. Jacqueline, the owner, provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. The room was lovely and supremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, though, Jacqueline helped us for days before our arrival when our luggage did not arrive by courier as expected, which you can imagine was very stressful for us. She went above and beyond to try to help us. We cannot thank you enough, Jacqueline, for being our advocate while we were on our way to your place (we were off grid, high in the mountains) and after our arrival.
