The instructions to access the unit were excellent. Very close to transit and stores. The host provided complimentary tea, coffee and cookies for the communal kitchen which was shared with all 6 units.

The establishment is provided with comfortable rooms and spacious, bright superior rooms. A buffet breakfast is served outdoors during summer. Fantastic residence with a beautiful building, perfectly suitable rooms, clean bathrooms and a gorgeous garden with a lawn overlooking a classic Tuscan view. The breakfast was mind-blowingly good!

This charming property occupies the first, second and third floors of an elegant building dating back to the 19th century (without elevator). Location was a high point. Room was very clear and had lots of personality with decor.
