The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

It was such a hidden gem in Monterosi, Dilyana was very accommodating and her breakfast spread was awesome! The room was themed for Christmas which really adds to the charming atmosphere. I would stay there if ever I get back to Monterosi. On top of that, the Alimentari / grocery nearby would have your grocery needs covered. Elsie the shopkeeper was nice.

Our hosts went above and beyond to make the stay amazing. Helped to guide us through the town to our parking space when some of the roads were closed off for pedestrians only, and when we arrived in Piazza San Donata, they were all smiles. Our room was beautiful and serene despite it being a national holiday in Italy. We had use of a private giardino with breathtaking views of the valley and other hillsides. They recommended 2 ristorantes, and we chose La Cantina, which was 5/5! We had great communication before and after our stay on WhatsApp, which was ideal and so prompt. We can't recommend Acqua di Civita Beauty & Rooms enough! You stay in the heart of Bagnoregio in a beautiful room. It feels like you have the village to yourself after the crowds leave for the night. They had soaps and shampoos from their line of body care that smelled divine! We will be ordering to Canada when we're back. Daniela and Andrea are sibling owners who were lovely to know. Francesca, in their gift shop, also helped get our luggage and us back to our car on time and was so lovely making us feel truly like guests! Grazie mille!! 🇮🇹🫶
