The room was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the coffee and water daily, and assisted us whenever we needed anything. The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

The location, facilities (haven’t seen such technology in a room ever!), communication, assistance and consideration!
