It starts with the owner, who shared useful information upfront. Upon arrival, Kai instructed us extremely well into the house and the facility. The house itself is in mint shape and offers everything for a perfect stay. It’s a very authentic house that let’s one enjoy rural Japan. We couldn’t use the outside facilities due to the weather but could well imagine how cozy the front yard would be during the summer. We will definitely come back to this beautiful retreat. Thanks again for having us!

Public areas were also fun, continuing the comfortable, off-beat vibe. A little frayed at the edges, though very clean. Friendly staff.

The hosts were amazingly helpful, they made everything so easy and gave great suggestions on what to do around the area. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very comfortable.

Tọa lạc ở Tateyama, cách Đền Awa Shrine 1.7 km, Hillside Inn Sirocco nhìn ra biển. I stayed here with my son for a couple of nights and found the Hillside Inn Scirocco very charming. The Inn itself is very tidy and set in beautiful natural surroundings, which include a well tended garden and outdoor hot pool for exclusive use for guests. The sea view from the room was amazing and, along with the birdsong, lovely to wake up to. Breakfast was amazing, wholesome and freshly prepared every day. The owners are very kind although it probably helps to be able to speak Japanese. Overall, we had a great time!
