The hosts are wonderful, so friendly, helpful and polite. As other reviewers stated the guest house Yamada was a unique and memorable experience for our Japan trip. We experienced exceptional Japanese hospitality. The local onsen was fun experience too.

He do care about the customers and maintained the flat great. The flat was in a quiet, safe area and sparkling clean. It’s about 5 minutes away from station by walk and surrounded with supermarkets and tasty restaurants with good prices. Washing machines and dryers were helpful for my 2 weeks stay. Especially AC in summer, it’s a spot light. If I back Sapporo, I will stay here again.

I had an amazing time staying at this accoms. The place was exactly as described – clean and cozy BnB. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. For example, when they overheard we wanted to go to Sahoro to ski, they checked the local news and told us the road was closed due to a heavy snowstorm. That saved us a wasted trip! The location was perfect – quiet, but still close to Furano city centre (10mins drive). Would come again!

She made us feel at home since day one, was especially helpful and considerate. The breakfast was delicious and everything was sparkling clean !

Loved this little secluded guest house in Otaru. Warm and cosy and clean. It met all our expectations. We were not after a 5 hotel experience, but wanted a nice comfortable bed. Staff were terrific, bed comfortable and the whole guest house just had a friendly feel. Even the non attached showers and toilets just seemed to match the cosy feel.

The place itself is very clean and well organized. Free miso soup, tea, and coffee in the common area was also very welcomed! There's even a bathtub for those who prefer that over a shower. Very well recommended for anyone to stay!
