Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. The greatest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect- it's near the bus stop and pretty close to Open-Air Museum. I also loved the onsen, both of them were clean and nice. The common area is cool and everything you need is there. I absolutely recommend it!

The shared toilet, located in the corridor, was also impeccably maintained. We really appreciated the simplicity and thoughtful design of the space, featuring high-quality wooden floors and comfortable bedding. This is Airbnb at its best. The owners live on the property and host just two guest rooms, which makes the experience feel personal and special. They provided a helpful booklet with recommended spots to visit and were truly the kindest, most welcoming people we met. You can truly feel that CASA was created with love — and that love is extended to every guest who stays there.

Open in April 2017, Field Hakone Resort is set in Hakone, a 6-minute walk from Sengokuannaishomae Bus Stop. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on... Fantastic hosts, so friendly and helpful. Love this hotel and we will be coming back again. 15 minute walk away from the glass museum and 5 minutes from 7/11 and bus stop to get around. Great place to stay!

The location is just a few minutes from main streets and metro stations so it's quite accessible, but also away from the crowd.

Moto-Hakone Guest House offers bright Japanese-style rooms, free WiFi and free-use yukata robes. The service I would like to say is absolutely more than what we pay for. The host is really nice to us and even took us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. He always gave the warm gentle reminder to us to make sure everything was good. Really recommend this place

Offering hot-spring baths, free Wi-Fi and a completely non-smoking environment, Fuji-Hakone Guest House is a cosy family-run inn with English-speaking staff. Checking-in to Fuji-Hakone Guest House was a very smooth process! The owners of the guest house were very lovely and explained all the accommodations plus gave us great tips on what activities we could do in Hakone. The private indoor and outdoor onsen were incredible and very relaxing. I will definitely come back again to Fuji-Hakone Guest House the next time I visit Hakone.
