The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

He drove us to and from the station, helped set up the bath, and even helped us reserve a place at the nearby reservation only Izakaya. He was always smiling and was very charming and happy to talk with us. The best thing about the place, as far as I'm concerned, is Hiro's special assistant Marie-chan! She was both adorable and cuddly and very very affectionate! She made every car ride a joyful experience 🥰
