Most importantly, the host was incredibly nice and friendly. We had a flat tire while traveling around Matsumoto. When Kaneda-san heard about our issue, he kindly offered to drive me to the car rental shop and even helped translate the problem to the staff there. Thanks to Kaneda-san’s help, we were able to get a new rental car without any trouble! I will definitely book Cafe & Stay Castana again if I have the fortune to visit Matsumoto in the future!
