The rooms are comfortable and all facilities are absolutely immaculately clean. The staff were a true highlight of the stay. they were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was just great and we plan to return next season.

Had coffee, coffee beans, dishes and pans for cooking, coffee machine, etc. The place is of shared stay but since we rented all the space for our group of 8 they let us have everything like an Airbnb.

We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

The property was in a nice location close enough to Iiyama Station. The hosts were some of the nicest people we have met and drove us to and from the station (6:30am!!). One of the comfiest places we have stayed and hope we can go back soon.
