He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

When Kaneda-san heard about our issue, he kindly offered to drive me to the car rental shop and even helped translate the problem to the staff there. Thanks to Kaneda-san’s help, we were able to get a new rental car without any trouble! I will definitely book Cafe & Stay Castana again if I have the fortune to visit Matsumoto in the future!
